Due to a system date issue, local government ACH transfers called into the Voice Response System (VRS) between 1:00 PM Thursday, December 22nd and 1:00 PM Friday, December 23rd posted to Treasury's system on December 27th with an incorrect effective date of December 26th. These transactions settled correctly at your bank on December 27th. This issue only impacted the effective date of the transactions on Treasury's accounting system.

Treasury will be posting adjusting entries to those pool accounts impacted today. The incorrect posting with an effective date of December 26th will be reversed and reposted with the correct effective date of December 27th.

Please contact Local Government Customer Service at 1-800-452-0345, or via e-mail to lgip at mail.ost.state.or.us<mailto:lgip at mail.ost.state.or.us> if you have any questions.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
