[Local-Gov-News] New Link to the September 2012 Local Government News Report

Good morning. As you may be aware, the statewide e-government vendor  continues to work on transition of all State of Oregon websites. We were made aware earlier this week that some of the transition work this week had impacted the link to the newsletter that we recently forwarded to you. We delayed resending a new link until the vendor completed deployment of another critical transition phase earlier this morning.
