LGIP Business Systems Renewal

Be Prepared
To support a smooth transition to PFM's support of the pool on October 1*, Treasury will suspend transaction activity between the following times and October 1:


§  Thursday, Sept. 28           10:00 a.m.           Wire withdrawals

§  Thursday, Sept. 28           1:00 p.m.             ACH deposits/withdrawals

§  Friday, Sept. 29                 1:00 p.m.             Pool-to-pool transfers

Treasury also will suspend account maintenance activity (except that activity related to the completion and submission of transition packets) from 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 22 until October 2. This includes the following:


§  Opening/closing pool accounts

§  Updating ACH/wire instructions

§  Updating address information

§  Updating authorized signers

We ask that you plan ahead in order to meet your cash management needs and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to bring you an improved customer experience.

Until September 28, continue using the Voice Response System at (877) 888-1767 or contact Treasury's Local Government Coordinator at (800) 452-0345 to initiate transactions or maintain account information. *Online account access via EON will be available beginning Sunday, October 1. PFM Client Services will be available beginning Monday, October 2, at (855) OST-LGIP or (855) 678-5447. Customer services hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific, Monday through Friday.
