LGIP Business Systems Renewal

Be Prepared
To support a smooth transition to PFM's support of the pool on October 1, Treasury will suspend account maintenance activity (except that activity related to the completion and submission of transition packets) from 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 22 until October 2. This includes the following:


§  Opening/closing pool accounts

§  Updating ACH/wire instructions

§  Updating address information

§  Updating authorized signers

We ask that you plan ahead in order to meet your cash management needs and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to bring you an improved customer experience.

Be in the Know
Treasury and PFM are providing trainings to ensure that participants are well equipped to access and use PFM's services. The first training offered covers the basics of working with PFM, including how to initiate transactions, how to access reports and account information, and how to review account setup details. The final session of the training will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 21, with a recorded version to follow.
