[Mes] Foundational & Emerging Manager Training Programs

Good morning,
There are seats still available for the Foundational and Emerging Manager Training Programs.

Foundational Training Program
This program is for managers with up to 3 years in a management position and current managers who need a refresher on fundamental management skills.  The cost for the program is $500 per participant.  Cohort 14 starts on July 20th in Salem.  Here's a link to the schedule for the cohort http://www.oregon.gov/das/HR/Documents/MES_Foundational.pdf.

Emerging Manager Training Program
The purpose of this 2-day class is to assess a person's readiness for a management position and begin strengthening knowledge and skills needed to become an effective manager.  Cohort 7 will be on June 28th and July 28th in Salem.  The cost for the program is $150 per participant.
