DAS - CHRO is excited to announce the first ever Management Education Forum.  Most of us are not natural born managers.  In order to become a great manager, you need to make the most of your innate talents, plus spend time on learning the important skills you must have to succeed. The Management Education Forum will bring together managers from across Oregon state government to learn the secrets of motivating and managing different types of personalities, conquering setbacks, creating inspired teams while networking with your peers. You won't want to miss it!

The Forum will cover topics such as creating a culture of performance, inspiring leadership, managing change and transition, succession planning, and engaging a diverse workforce.  More details will be available later this month and will be posted on the Forum website at http://www.oregon.gov/das/HR/pages/mef.aspx.  Registration will open in iLearn on June 30, 2016.
