Good morning,
There are seats available for the upcoming Foundational and Emerging Manager training programs.

Foundational - Cohort 5 Starting on May 23rd
This program covers critical foundational skills for managers that can be applied immediately in the workplace.  This program is for team leads, new managers, and experienced managers who need a refresher on fundamental management skills.  This is an instructor-led program with 8-days of in class time spread over eight weeks (1 session per week).  The cost for the program is $500 per participant.

Emerging Manager - Cohort 6 on May 29th and June 26th
This program is for individual contributors or team leads who aren't managers or have not been managers and are interested in exploring management as a next career step.  The purpose of the program is to identify knowledge and skills you currently have and strengthen those you want to develop in relation to the enterprise manager competencies<https://www.oregon.gov/das/HR/Documents/mgr_comp.pdf> which are needed to become an effective manager.  You will walk away with a plan for developing yourself to become ready for a management role. This is an instructor-led program with 2-days of in class time with a break in between the 2 sessions.  The cost for the program is $150 per participant.
