The Bureau of Labor and Industries is seeking a Field Operations Manager (Principal Executive/Manager D) in Eugene.

This position will:

*        Manage and direct a team of Civil Rights Investigators to ensure appropriate and timely case completion

*        Serve as a key policy advisor consulting with the division administrator about policy decisions, legislative concepts, and public policy issues

*        Serve as the manager-on-site for the Eugene field office providing guidance and direction to civil rights investigators, wage and hour compliance, and apprenticeship program staff.
