Good morning fellow Main Street Colleagues,

I've got a couple of questions for you regarding public smoking areas in your downtowns. First and foremost, do you have public smoking areas in you downtowns and if so what does that look like (open areas, covered shelters, etc.)? Are these spaces publicly or privately owned? And last but not least, do these designated areas help keep public smoking and cigarette butt litter off of your downtown sidewalks?
