This is a good start-- I would also contact Jean Ann Mitchell and find out how involved she would like to be.  I have already contacted a couple of people involved with Art Walla in WW and they would love to help us promote it.  My vision of this is a competition, if necessary to get down to 4 participants and 1 on standby who will paint four panels on the wall of Georges building-- We would mark out the area reserved for the movie screen and 2 of the artists would have panels that would go around it?  The city would vote on its favorite and the winner would get?? $1000??  -- Or money could be divided between the four?  We would supply all the art supplies that would be needed to get the job done.  I am looking for bright, colorful, and creative--

I need your help.  We have just learned that we have funding for a mural art competition but it needs to be spent before May 15  - so I need to have the competition organized, judged and the winning art installed in the next 3 1/2 months.  Those of you who have conducted a mural competition (and based on what I learned at the OMS conference last fall and recent emails I know there are many of you) would you be willing to share your competition guidelines/rules, application and adjudication process with me?
