[OMS_MANAGERS] Mural Competion

Sounds like a plan.  Jean Ann is already on my list of people to contact
and  I talked to Lynne Burnham (last October).   Now we just have to get it
organized and out for entries.

The reason this has become even more urgent is because the contact at OCF
told me yesterday that, should we get the go ahead  to use the balance of
the APG grant (*yes I said ;' should' -  called her yesterday because she
hadn't followed up with me as promised.  This was a change from our
conversation in December*) we must have the money spent to meet their grant
report date of to  May 15,  which is there standard due date for grantee
reporting.  However, I must now provide them with a justification and
competition budget and timeline by Jan 28 in time for grant review by the
board on February 6.   That's why I asked the OMS group for their
assistance today :)  The justification shouldn't be a problem - I'll get it
done and send it to you to look at before sending to OCF.
