[OYAN] Fall OYAN workshop and meeting, Oct 21st-- attending remotely

As you may know, OYAN is doing our fall workshop on outcome-based
evaluations at 10am-noon, then the meeting 1-4pm.

Attached are the instructions for attending the meeting remotely through
GoToMeeting.
