[OYAN] Graphic Rave 2019 Voting!

Hey Folks!

We've only gotten 11 responses - so, if anyone has any last minute voting
to do, let's extend by two days to make voting due by the end of
September.  If you've done any last minute reading or can read a book or
two in the next two days, I'll leave the poll open until end of the day
tomorrow - Monday, September 30.  Link to the poll and additional
information below.
