[OYAN] Fall programs

We are only doing virtual this fall. Lots of craft and kit pickups, fewer live offerings. We have tried some outdoor activities that resulted in poor attendance.
Our school board just voted to consider making masks optional in opposition to the state mandate. I'm wondering if anyone else has this challenge, and how it'll impact your school visits?

My current thinking is to plan for virtual but state that we will transition to in person or hybrid if things get better. General craft programs or game programs can be done either way in my mind. Things that don't require a lot of prep and can be changed quickly are where I'm leaning.
I'd like to get teen council in person. That's my top goal at the moment.
I'm curious, those doing in person, are you requiring proof of vaccination? masks? registrations?
Tempted to try some things outside but we don't have a great spot for it and..you know... the weather.
Sigh, it's been really hard to deal with this frankly. It's exhausting. I really don't want to do virtual.
Mark

Subject: Fall programs
Hi Everyone,
Are you doing in person programs this fall? I'm struggling to decide. Teens can be vaccinated and with the mask mandate, I feel like it's comparable to school. I just want to know what you are thinking!
Thanks,
Aimee
