[PL-Directors] Statistical survey due October 1 - finishers so far

Time is running out!  The Public Library Statistical Report is due October 1.   Help is available, call Ann Reed - (503) 378-5027.  Check the lists below.  If you believe you have finished your survey, and do not see your library listed, please call me and we'll walk through the last steps together.
 
Submission is complete once a library has answered any edit checks and clicked the submit button.
