[PL-Directors] Please Share Your Needs with Oregon's Charitable Foundations by 10/19

Dear Colleagues: I have been working with Keavy Cook of the Ford Family Foundation on a survey to assess the greatest needs of Oregon public libraries. With this message we are asking you to complete an online survey before the close of business on October 19th. I hope you’ll appreciate that the three Foundations that have been most generous in supporting Oregon public libraries over the years now want to hear from you, so they can plan to continue their support. We designed this survey to be easy to complete. I hope you all will do so before the deadline.

 Dear Oregon Library Directors,

Three statewide foundations, The Ford Family Foundation, Meyer Memorial Trust, and The Oregon Community Foundation, would like to ask for your help.  Each of the three foundations has a strong history of funding libraries.  And the Foundations, with the support of the Oregon State Library, would now like to learn more about the current needs of your Library.  The following survey is designed to take about 10-15 minutes to complete.  We hope to learn from you and would greatly appreciate your feedback.
