Hi Everyone,

My name is Ferol and I am assisting Jane and Su with the catering order.

Below are the lunch choices from the Queen of Tarts. Please respond to me with your choices for lunch/bread (if choosing a sandwich) and salad dressing. We need your selection by 3PM Tuesday September 20th. There will be an assortment of beverages supplied.

If you have not RVSPed  yet you may do so with your lunch selection and I will pass it on to Jane and Su.

The cost will be $15. Please bring cash or a check made out to MaryKay Dahlgreen.

If you are attending and do not want lunch please let me know.

There will be coffee/tea and Danish in the morning.

BREAD CHOICES
They get fresh Vienna rolls from Cascade Bakery each day, in addition to sweet dark whole grain(excellent on the veggie and curried chicken sands) or rye.
SIDE CHOICES
The sides are fresh fruit salad, green salad or chips

There is a choice check - off at the end of the message.

Cream cheese, hummus provolone, cucumber, red onions, roasted red peppers, basil aioli, tomatoes & shredded romaine

  *   NEW! Classic Chicken Salad
Chunks of chicken, celery, & red onions tossed with mayonnaise & sour cream, tomatoes & shredded romaine

  *   Curried Chicken Salad
Chunks of chicken, celery, dried cranberries & apples tossed in a curried mayonnaise with shredded romaine

  *   Jamie's Tuna
Albacore tuna in water, mayo, diced carrots, celery, capers, minced hot pickled peppers, tomato & shredded romaine
Homemade meatloaf shredded romaine, tomatoes, red onions & dijonaise

  *   SALADS
Served w/ Bread n' Butter


*         Caesar Crisp romaine lettuce, red onions, parmesan Cheese &croutons tossed with a robust Caesar dressing

  *   Cobb Crisp romaine lettuce, marinated chicken breast, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, hard boiled egg & tomatoes

  *   NEW! Traditional Spinach Baby spinach, red onions, thick bacon, hard cooked eggs, Swiss cheese & sherry vinaigrette
