[R2R-OR] 2016 grant application acceptance/denial letters are in the mail

Hi! The letters saying that your 2016 Ready to Read grant application was accept or denied just went out in the regular mail. You may want to keep the letter in your Ready to Read grant files in case you library is ever audited.

Don't worry about what is in the acceptance/denial letter. It is safe to assume you'll receive an acceptance letter, unless I called you and already told you otherwise. No news is good news!

The mailing also includes hardcopies of the 2015 report form and report guidelines<http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/youthsvcs/aboutready.aspx#Annual_Reports>. The report is due December 1, 2015.
