[R2R-OR] 2015 Report form and guidelines now available online--report due 12/1

The 2015 Ready to Read grant report forms and guidelines are now available online<http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/youthsvcs/aboutready.aspx#Annual_Reports> and attached to this email. The guidelines briefly explain how to fill out the report form line-by-line. As usual, your report is due on December 1st.

Please remember to report on the amount of money you actually received and spent, not the amount you applied for-they may be a bit different unless you received a minimum grant. You can find out how much you actually received via this online document<http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/youthsvcs/ReadytoRead/R2RprojectDescriptions2014-2015.pdf>.

You have until December 31, 2015, to spend all your 2015 grant funds. If you haven't spent it all by the time you fill out this report form, then project how the money will be spent by the end of the year as best you can. You may not carry any 2015 grant funds over into 2016-contact me as soon as possible if you have concerns about this.

Your 2015 Ready to Read report is due on December 1, 2015.
