Hello SORA Members:

I am passing along information on an upcoming conference you might be interested in attending.

- The conference is open to anyone, no certifications required.

- The conference has sessions appealing both to those with little or no performance improvement experience and to those who are working at a senior level. A person's job need not be focused on improvement activities.

- Most attendees are likely to be from state, county and local government; however, interested citizens and stakeholders are also welcome to register.

See below for more information and links to registering.

Thank you,

Karen Howard, Research Analyst
