Do you love market research, consulting with cross-functional teams, defining business and research requirements and approaches for executing primary research and market trials? More appropriately, would you love to do all those things? The Oregon Lottery is currently hiring for a Senior Research Consultant at its headquarters in Salem, OR. In this role you will:

  *   Partner and consult with agency colleagues to identify research required to inform business planning.
  *   Establish research requirements and develop project specifications for market research projects, and market trials and pilots.
  *   Translate study results into insights and recommendations which can be integrated into business strategies.
  *   Oversee research vendor activities and coordinate with Lottery sections to exchange information and promote progress. You'll have primary responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and actionability of research design and deliverables.
  *   Work closely with our Data Scientists to add depth and value to research consultation and recommendations.
