[Sora] ZTRAX by Zillow

Good afternoon all,

I'm wondering if anyone has ever used ZTRAX before from Zillow? https://www.zillow.com/research/ztrax/

Apparently it's a free data source available to nonprofits and government entities, but I'm having serious difficulties getting connected to anyone over there who can help me. I've filled out an application and been contacted and heard for the past few months now that someone is going to help me... only to continue to be faced with silence and one person handing me off to the next.

I was wondering if anyone's had any success with this apparently too good to be true resource - or if you have any contacts over there!
