The PDAB is tasked by the Oregon Legislature to protect residents of this state, state and local governments, commercial health plans, health care providers, pharmacies licensed in this state and other stakeholders within the health care system in this state from the high costs of prescription drugs.



Here's what you will do:

As the Data Analyst, you will serve as a technical resource for the DCBS-DFR Prescription Drug Affordability Board for internal procedures, legislative communication and reporting. You will identify and review prescription drugs, perform the generic drug market study and annual study, and develop policy recommendations. You will also participate in comprehensive studies of insurance prescription drug distribution and payment systems, processes, and business requirements to evaluate, identify and recommend improvements that effectively reduce prescription drug costs and help to better understand prescription drug distribution and payment system.
