OHITAI Research Analyst (Research Analyst 4) position has been posted, the deadline to apply is 9/26/2023.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide analytical support for a broad spectrum of health delivery, health reform and quality improvement activities related to Medicaid service delivery and data, health information technology and health information exchange. In this role, the analyst will work with Medicaid data, Electronic Health Record adoption and utilization data, survey data, and other cross-office and agency data to improve existing reports and dashboards or produce timely and relevant reports, dashboards, and other deliverables to support Health Policy and Analytics priorities, and broader health system transformation activities.

This person will collaborate and work closely with research and database analysts and program staff across Health Policy and Analytics, including the Office of Health Analytics and the Office of Health Information Technology & Analytics Infrastructure. This person will also collaborate with other agencies, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders. The analyst must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and poise to work directly with senior leaders and stakeholders as is necessary to foster strong, supportive relationships. The position requires a strong ability to clarify and prioritize tasks in order to effectively navigate a challenging and fast-paced work environment with a broad array of stakeholders.
