[TL-Directors] USDA Community Connect Grant (Rural Broadband Assistance)

Good morning everyone!

I wanted to pass on this grant opportunity for those in rural areas; please skip if it doesn't apply  to your situation, thanks!

The USDA Community Connect Grant is now open for applications and closes June 17, 2016.

This program helps fund broadband deployment into rural communities where it is not yet economically viable for private sector providers to deliver service. Eligible applicants include State and local governments, federally-recognized Tribes, non-profit and for-profit corporations. Application webinars will be available with times and dates will be posted at http://www.rd.usda.gov/programs-services/community-connect-grants
