Welcome to libs4lane, the e-mail list service of the Lane Library League! The purpose of this list is to share news and foster discussion about library services in Lane County. The only criteria for being on this list is an interest in libraries, and library service issues. One does not have to be a member of the Lane Library League. The Lane Library League (LLL) is a nonprofit citizens group dedicated to providing accessible library service to everyone in Lane County. Currently, 80,000 people in Lane County live in areas without funding for library services. We welcome news, ideas and opinions to help guide us in our effort to extend library services to everyone. Thank you for your interest! The Lane Library League holds Board meetings that are open to the public. Notice of these meetings, and minutes from the meetings, are reported by e-mail through libs4lane. Using Libs4Lane
To post a message to all the list members, send email to libs4lane@omls.oregon.gov. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Libs4Lane
Subscribe to Libs4Lane by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
