Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is the state's housing finance agency, providing financial and program support to create and preserve opportunities for quality, affordable housing with appropriate services for Oregonians of lower and moderate income. OHCS administers federal and state antipoverty, homeless, energy assistance, and community service programs, partnering with community action agencies throughout the state for service delivery. Topics currently include: Housing Programs, Community Service Programs, Legislative & Planning News, Upcoming Events, or ALL. Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email.
