Welcome to the "Oregon Beginning Teacher & Beginning Administrator Mentoring Program" mailing list. HB 2574 was signed into law in 2007 and provides support and funding for a beginning teacher and beginning administrator mentoring program. The goal of the mentor program is to provide support and services for teachers and administrators with less than two years of experience that results in effective instruction and leadership, increased student achievement, and improving retention of beginning teachers and administrators. This listserv will provide information on upcoming workshops, grant opportunities, latest research and frequently asked questions. Using Oregon_mentoring_program
To post a message to all the list members, send email to oregon_mentoring_program@omls.oregon.gov. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Oregon_mentoring_program
Subscribe to Oregon_mentoring_program by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
