Good afternoon, the SWARM team wanted to let everyone know that the Liquidated and Delinquent Account Reporting System is available for agency input.  As a reminder all reporting must be completed by September 30, 2016.

SWARM has provided a number of resources and links on our website: http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/Accounts-receivable-resources.aspx. Click on liquidated and delinquent account reporting resources under the quick links on the right side of the page.  There you can access the training from August 17th and the reporting worksheet which was designed to assist agencies with aggregating their data and includes data validation fields that help identify some of the common reporting errors.  You will also find the link to the Delinquent Account Reporting System as well as the reporting manual.  The SWARM resources page also includes links to OAM Chapter 35 on Accounts Receivable Management.

ORS 293.229<https://www.oregonlegislature.gov/bills_laws/ors/ors293.html> requires agencies to report to the Legislative Fiscal Office a report that describes the status of that agency's liquidated and delinquent accounts and efforts made by that agency to collect liquidated and delinquent accounts during the previous fiscal year.  The report must be made by October 1 each year.
