Without further ado, the Accounts Receivable 101 training is now available on iLearn!

The training provides an overview of the accounts receivable lifecycle including agency accounts receivable management requirements. SWARM encourages all state agency accounts receivable professionals and managers of accounts receivable functions to complete the online course.

Please note, the training is directed to those agencies subject to the Oregon Accounting Manual and Oregon Revised Statute Chapter 293; however, all agencies may benefit from the best practices discussed throughout the course.
