Good morning.

Attached are the minutes from the September 20 ARCC meeting. Below are key items to note:

1.      SWARM will be hosting bankruptcy training on October 11. Login to iLearn<http://ilearn.oregon.gov/> to register.

2.      Professional Credit Service (PCS) has agreed to provide classroom training for agencies that use PCS Client Tools. If you are interested in attending the training, please email Stacey.A.Chase at oregon.gov<mailto:Stacey.A.Chase at oregon.gov> by close of business Wednesday, September 27. Once we have an estimated number of attendees will we schedule the date of the training.

3.      The Accounts Receivable Performance Measures (ARPM) policy (35.60.20<http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/35.60.20%20Performance%20Metrics.pdf>) is out-for-comment on the OAM website<http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/OAM.aspx>. Please send comments to SWARM at oregon.gov<mailto:SWARM at oregon.gov> before the comment period closes on October 4. SWARM created a form for agencies to use to submit the quarterly and annual performance measurement data. The form will be added to the OAM website once the policy is finalized.

4.      Executive Order (EO) 17-09<http://www.oregon.gov/gov/Documents/executive_orders/eo_17-09.pdf> requires DAS to develop a quarterly reporting measurement that tracks debt collection activities. The first report is due to DAS-SWARM no later than October 31. The quarterly reporting measurements are documented in ARPM policy 35.60.20<http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/35.60.20%20Performance%20Metrics.pdf>. Executive branch agencies, excluding elected officials, are required to submit the quarterly measurement data to SWARM at oregon.gov<mailto:SWARM at oregon.gov>.
