Good morning-

The in-person training is intended for staff responsible for managing or processing accounts payable (A/P) transactions using the Statewide Financial Management Application (SFMA). Attendees will be shown how existing A/P processes will be impacted by the statewide policy pertaining to the coordination of vendor payments<http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/35.30.90%20Coordination%20of%20Vendor%20Payments.pdf> as required by Executive Order 17-09<http://www.oregon.gov/gov/Documents/executive_orders/eo_17-09.pdf>, Section V.

Presentations will be provided by representatives from the Statewide Accounts Receivable Management team, Financial Business Systems, and Department of Revenue.
