Please refer to the below Notice of Proposed Rulemaking associated with OAR Chapter 122, Division 85.

The proposed Rules align with OAM 35.40.10<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/35.40.10.pdf> (Assignments and Exemptions) and also include guidance for collecting a customer's Social Security Number voluntarily for debt collection purposes as authorized by ORS 293.226<https://www.oregonlegislature.gov/bills_laws/ors/ors293.html>.
