Good afternoon.

This is a quick reminder that the quarterly accounts receivable performance measurements (ARPM) report associated with October 2019-December 2019 is due by January 31, 2020.  Please note that the ARPM reporting template (Oregon Accounting Manual 75.35.12.fo) was recently updated to provide more detailed cell comments.  The new template can be found on the Oregon Accounting Manual website: https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/oam.aspx. Remember that BOTH the current and next quarter targets must be completed.

SWARM would also like to bring to your attention an error in the latest edition (Volume 4, Issue 1) of the BUZZ newsletter<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/Pub.aspx>.  On the last page, the ARCC meeting schedule incorrectly stated dates of the meetings will be on the 3rd Wednesday of every other month beginning in February of 2020.  The correct date of the ARCC meetings is the 3rd Tuesday of every other month beginning in February of 2020.  We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.  ARCC meetings are open to all agencies and a conference line is provide for those who cannot attend in person.
