[Accounts-receivable-news] Year end accounts receivable reporting

It is time once again for year-end accounts receivable reporting.  Below is a list of steps to complete no later than October 1, 2021.



1.     Watch the Liquidated and Delinquent Account Report Training<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/2021_Liquidated_and_Delinquent_Account_Report_Training.mp4> and email SWARM at Oregon.gov<mailto:SWARM at Oregon.gov> with the agency name and the staff that completed the training.

2.     Complete the Quarter 4 and Annual ARPM reports<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/75.35.12.fo.xlsx> (applicable to agencies subject to the Oregon Accounting Manual).

3.     Complete the LFO Reporting Worksheet<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/LFO_Reporting_Worksheet.xlsx>.

4.     Complete the Agency Certification of Write-off, Abated and Canceled Debt<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/75.35.15.fo.pdf> (applicable to agencies subject to ORS 293.234, Agency defined in ORS 293.226).

5.     Complete the agency checklist<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/AR_Year-end_Agency_Checklist_2021_final.xlsx>.

6.     Complete the data entry to the LFO Reporting Website<https://apps.oregonlegislature.gov/DelinquentAccounts/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=/DelinquentAccounts/> (agencies subject to ORS 293.229).

7.     Email SWARM at Oregon.gov<mailto:SWARM at Oregon.gov> and provide the name of the staff person that completed the training and attach the: completed ARPM report if applicable; the LFO Reporting Worksheet; the Agency Certification of Write-off, Abated and Canceled Debt.  If possible submit these items to SWARM by September 17th to allow time for SWARM to review the submission and contact the agency with any questions.  This will allow time for any corrections that may be necessary before the October 1 deadline.
