[Accounts-receivable-news] Accounts Receivable Core Committee Meeting 7/23 is canceled

Good afternoon,

The ARCC meeting scheduled for tomorrow afternoon is cancelled.

Some reminders of upcoming events/deadlines:

  *   August 20th- Year-end A/R report training, 10:00 am in Conference Room 260 of the Labor and Industries building (350 Winter St, Salem).  For those unable to attend the training will be recorded and posted on the SWARM website.  Registration is not required, there will be a sign in sheet for those who attend in person. Completion of the training is a requirement to receive the A/R Honor Roll recognition.
  *   Reporting deadlines (A/R Honor Roll Key Dates:
     *   September 16th- A/R Honor Roll Target date for submission of data to the Legislative Fiscal Office portal<https://apps.oregonlegislature.gov/DelinquentAccounts/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=/DelinquentAccounts/>, submission of ARPM quarter 4 and annual measures<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/75.35.12.fo.xlsx> (if applicable), Agency Certification: Write-off, abated and canceled debt<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/75.35.15.fo.pdf>(if applicable), and Agency checklist<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/AR_Year-end_Agency_Checklist_.xlsx> (all agencies).  Submitting by the target date provides sufficient time for SWARM to review the data and provide any feedback to agencies and corrections before the statutory deadline.
