Hello ACFR Contacts,

I'm pleased to announce the recruitment for a new position, the COVID Fiscal Relief Manager! This is a new limited duration position, located within the Statewide Accounting and Reporting Services (SARS) unit, will be managing the statewide coordination of federal stimulus programs related to the COVID-19 pandemic and leading DAS's agency-specific COVID-related award administration efforts. This is a great opportunity to be really involved in the federal awards associated with the state's response and emergence from the pandemic. This position will interact routinely with state agency fiscal management and staff, state auditors, statewide and department leadership, external stakeholders, and federal officials.

This position will primarily be involved in the most recent federal stimulus, the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) which was created by the American Rescue Plan Act, and is bringing $2.9 billion through the State of Oregon, covering eligible costs incurred through December 31, 2024, with final disbursement for those eligible costs by December 31, 2026.
