[ACFR-contacts-news] Recruitment for three Senior COVID Fiscal Relief Analysts (OPA 4s)

Hello ACFR Contacts,

Back in August, I shared on this listserv that I was recruiting for a COVID Fiscal Relief Manager, which is part of the SARS unit and would be managing the statewide coordination of the federal stimulus programs related to the COVID-19 pandemic and leading DAS's agency-specific COVID-related award administration efforts. I'm thrilled to share that Stephanie Tyrer has joined the team in this role, beginning November 1. Stephanie comes to us from ODE where she was heavily involved in the federal grants management process and her background also includes work on grants at Oregon State University and Humboldt State University. She has hit the ground running and has been a fantastic member of the team.

We have three (3) OPA4 positions open in the COVID Fiscal Relief Team. The recruitment is now open and closes December 15, 2021. All positions are Limited Duration (LD) through 2026 and are federally funded by the American Rescue Plan Act for COVID Relief.

While these positions are LD, there are benefits. Each of these positions will work closely with government and non-government entities all across the state, which will provide a variety of professional growth opportunities. Additionally, because of the federal funding backing these positions and the Oregon Legislature's involvement in these funds, these positions will be visible to statewide leadership with great potential for further advancement when the position comes to an end.
