To: State Auditors, State Comptrollers, NASACT CARA, NSAA Single Audit Committee, NASC CFRA, and UG Implementation Workgroup

Addendum 1 of the 2021 Compliance Supplement, which includes Part 4 for the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (ALN 21.027) and the Education Stabilization Fund (ALN 84.425) has been published and the documents are attached. You can find the Federal Register Notice and a note regarding the applicability of Addendum 1 at the following address: https://www.cfo.gov/2021-addendum-1/

We have asked for clarification of the 'report date' language in the note, especially if similar language is planned for Addendum 2 given the implications of the higher risk program designations.
