Hello ACFR Contacts,
Hopefully those of you who use R*STARS are on the Datamart News listserv, but in case anyone isn't, I wanted to forward around Aaron Wallace's email below.
We really encourage state agencies to use the OBIEE repository reports during the FY 2021 year-end close process in parallel with their use of Hyperion to enhance their familiarity and comfort with OBIEE.

Subject: [Datamart-News] OBIEE Repository
Importance: High
Datamart & OBIEE users,
As you may or may not be aware, we have two 'Repository' that use information from the DAS Datamart. One is accessed by using the Hyperion application and the other is through OBIEE. The Repository is a great tool to help share standard reports with users on a statewide level. By using this feature through the years, agencies have been able to save valuable time and effort by not duplicating work.
The Datamart team and SARS are hard at work recreating as many of the Hyperion repository files as possible, to include in the new OBIEE repository. This process does take time, so we appreciate your patience.
I would like to invite you to view/use some of the new finalized OBIEE repository files. You can find the files in the following 'Catalog' directory of OBIEE:
/Shared Folders/Repository/Final
Current files: (Please contact Datamart Support for any potential file issues.)
DAFR 6610 & 6620 - This file opens to a Dashboard that contains all DAFR6610 and 6620 files.
SEFA Reports 2021 - This file opens to a Dashboard that contains all the SEFA related reports.
SFMS - Trial Balance - This file uses an Analysis to display debit and credit balances in a Trial Balance model, using the GL Detail table.
If you are interested in creating an OBIEE Repository file, please let Datamart support know. In addition, please review the following Hyperion repository document on the Datamart website (https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/AcctgSys/Pages/datamart.aspx#reports)
Thank you for your patience and understanding with the recreation of these files.
Aaron Wallace
Sr. Datamart Business Analyst
