[ACFR-contacts-news] Request for Feedback - Date to complete final confirmation of outstanding balances between agencies and universities

Hello ACFR Contacts,

I have received a request from an agency to consider moving the date by which the final confirmation of outstanding balances between agencies and public universities (including OHSU) occurs. Given that Month 13 closes this year on August 16, past practice would have had that confirmation date occurring on Wednesday, August 14. The request is to move it up the deadline one week to Wednesday, August 7, so that it occurs during the week of soft close for FY 2024 and beyond.

Given that such a change would impact so many, I would very much appreciate receiving feedback on whether agencies are supportive of such a change (universities have also received an email directly from Brady Stutzman on this topic). If you could let me know by Wednesday, April 24, I'd greatly appreciate it.
