[ACFR-contacts-news] FY24 Disclosures Gold Star Date - Update

Due to the OBIEE issues that we've experiencing this morning, I'm extending the Gold Star date from today to Monday, August 26th for all disclosures (General, Debt, and SEFA) and related report submissions.
