[Address_fit] Draft Address Standard

Hello Team!

We had another great workgroup meeting today with eleven members in attendance. Thanks to all who attended and for your thoughtful comments and questions too!
Attached is the very first revision of a draft Address Standard (version 0.1). Please take a look at it and send me back any comments, questions, or suggestions you may have. Feel free to edit your copy of the document and send it back to me. I will try to incorporate everyone's modifications into the next draft version.

Please remember that this is just a starting point for discussing any ideas you may have. Nothing has been finalized and anything can change in this draft standard. I fully expect there to be a lot of changes and everyone has a say in what this document becomes.

The next workgroup meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 15th from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and will be devoted to going over all the comments received. At the end of the meeting another draft will be sent out for further review. This draft will also be presented as a progress report at the Fall Framework Forum on Tuesday, October 29th in Salem. I am certain we will get many more comments, questions, and suggestions there too!

My apologies for, again, forgetting to record the meeting today. As usual all the meeting materials presented will be available on the FTP site and Teams Channel.
