I wanted to share the information I got from Mary at Valley Catering before our meeting on Monday.
Right now, they are available for June 1st. I’m just not sure how soon we can give them a head count on attendees…

Hi Natalie,

Thanks for inquiring about our services.  We are available to cater on June 1 at LSC.

I have attached some sample menus for breakfast and lunch.  Morning continental breakfast runs from 3.95-5.95 and lunches run 9.94-14.95.  Delivery fees are 25.00 per trip and there is a 10% facility fee on food and beverage.

Please look over the menus and if you have a selection, we can put together a proposal for you.

As far as booking, it never hurts to book early as sometime we will get booked up and not be available later.

Hello there,



I am looking into catering for a small conference on June 1st. We are looking at around 50 attendees and we would want breakfast and coffee/tea service as well as lunch service.



I'm wondering how far in advance we would need to book your service what the process is (contract?).



I'm also wondering what an estimated cost would be for light breakfast/coffee and tea/lunch.
