Hi all,

I want to let Mary know ASAP about reserving the catering, so I am hoping we can decide over email instead of waiting til our meeting on the 20th.

It looks like the gluten free and vegan options are pretty solid, and everything will be labeled. She also mentioned that the rice bowls were the most accommodating for difference dietary needs.

Also, would we want another coffee service in the afternoon (my instincts say yes).

My calculations for 100 people have the price hovering around $1900 right now, including the fees. Another coffee service would tack on a bit more.

She only needs a weeks notice on the final head count.

Hi Natalie,

I am attaching a proposal with pricing for your June 1 event.  I personally recommend the rice bowl to meet all the dietary needs, but all the meals do have food for all dietary needs.  Food will be labeled on the buffet to designate gluten free or vegan.  Also do you need afternoon break?  I did not include them in the bid, but they are available.

We do need final numbers a week before your event.
