[Answerland-summit] Followup to 3/7 meeting

Hello Reference Summit planning team,

Action items to complete by next meeting (unless otherwise noted):

  *   Art:
     *   Contact LT presenters by 3/14.
     *   Design flyer (half sheet, color) for OLA, and send draft to committee by mid-March; final draft due to Tamara by April 2 so she can get it printed.
  *   Daina:
     *   Draft scholarship form and send to group for review by 3/12.
     *   Contact OSU to see if the Agriculture Science Room is available and if so, what the cost is.
     *   Send committee logo designs.
  *   Lori: Contact breakout session presenters by 3/14.
  *   Mark: Get cost estimates on videographer.
  *   Natalie: Create description of social event for website by 3/14.
  *   Sue:
     *   Reach out to Rachel to confirm copyright LT by 3/12.
     *   Work with SSD on their LT proposal, to make it more specific and applicable by 3/12.
     *   Contact keynote by 3/14.
  *   Tamara:
     *   Contact RRT and AAC about sponsoring social event.
     *   Make sure registration form ready by 3/15.
     *   Publish the schedule on the website by 3/19.
