My suggestion would be to keep the Likert scales the same:

How satisfied were you with the overall program (keynote, lightning talks,
sessions, etc.).

– Very satisfied
– Somewhat satisfied
– Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied
– Somewhat dissatisfied
– Very dissatisfied
