[Answerland-summit] Draft of evaluation

It looks like it has folks rate the lightening talks and the keynote, but not the sessions? Maybe have a question rating those as well.

It also might make sense to have an optional comment or “why?” section after each question on the first page…

My suggestion would be to keep the Likert scales the same:

How satisfied were you with the overall program (keynote, lightning talks, sessions, etc.).

– Very satisfied
– Somewhat satisfied
– Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied
– Somewhat dissatisfied
– Very dissatisfied
