[Answerland-summit] Update on Scholarships

Hi everyone,

I won't be in the meeting today (starting now, oops). At this point we have
3 applicants for the two underrepresented staff scholarships. Hooray! Two
of the three are strong candidates, one didn't really answer the questions
in a direct way. Either way, I think we will be able to give away the last
of the scholarship money.
