Hi all,
Attached is the venue layout for the Reference Summit. Send me any thoughts, suggestions, etc. and I'll pass them along to the Alumni Center.
Natalie and Sarah - there is room for 5 exhibit tables. They are 6' long. Let me know if you need more details from the venue.

Hi Tamara,
I've put together an initial layout for your event.
We can make adjustments as we get closer to the event but I thought we could get it started now since you have a good idea of what you'll need.
I have all the catering and exhibit tables in the South concourse- you would have some space in the hallway outside of 115 if need be. Let me know what you think and if there is anything else you'd like to see.

Below is what we have in mind for layouts.

Cascade Ballroom 110 C
- Set up Banquet style
- Include presenter podium with computer, projector, screen, microphone
South Concourse
- One 6' table for registration
- Five 6' tables for exhibits
- Space for catering food (Valley Catering is doing breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks)
Elle/Burlingham 111 A/B
- Set up Classroom style
- Include presenter podium with computer, projector, screen, microphone
Willamette Room 115 A/B
- Set up Classroom style
- Include presenter podium with computer, projector, screen, microphone

Hi Tamara,
· Wifi: we have a visitor network, no password required. Instructions are to connect to the "Visitor" network in Wi-Fi settings, a dialog box will pop up from hotspot.peak.org and click "Connect"
· We have 1 a sandwich board we can put outside the building, the poster insert size for it is 35''x30''
· Each room has 2 sign holders outside each entrance where a sign can be posted underneath the room number, just a normal 8½ x 11 sheet of paper fits landscape.
· Yes we could set up exhibitor booths, I think we could probably fit about 5- 6' tables.
Let me know if you have any other questions! If you have an idea of how you would like each space set up, I can start working on a layout for you.

Hi Piper,
I have a few questions for you:
- Do you have sandwich boards available for us to post signs outside the building, directing people to the event?
- Does each room have a sign holder where we can post which sessions are occurring in that space?
- We would like to have some tables where exhibitors can set up informational booths. Is it possible to have something like this set up, preferably in the AC South Concourse? I know we'll be having registration and catering there as well, so I'm not sure how much space there is and how many tables could be put there. Any info appreciated!
